:: Amendment Notice - 5, Dated 18.02.2010 ::

 

 

Following amendment is made pertaining to press notice for NIT-165 (Recruitment of DPR Consultant for preparation of DPR of bridges under PMGSY Roads of Chhattisgarh State) by this office on dated 9<= sup>th, November 2009.

 

= 1.         = Clause 5.1 (i) of the letter of invitat= ion "This clause is deleted."

2.         Clause 5.1 (iii)  of the letter of invitation can be read as follows

"The consultant should have satisfactory completed as prime consultant at least similar work of 25% of = the nos. of bridges for which bid is invited for surveying estimating and preparation of Detailed Project Report of bridges having span more than 25 = m in any one year of last 5 year."

= 3.         = Additional clause No. 9 is added in appendix I as follows.

"The consultant shall furnish = EMD for different package as per table give above in the form of Demand Draft/ = FDR payable at Raipur in favour of CEO, CGRRDA, Raipur, Chhattisgarh (EMD shall= be kept in the envelope clearly marked as Earnest Money. The proposals receive without bid security shall not be considered. The EMD is liable to be forfe= ited if successful bidder fails to execute the agreement within stipulated time = from the date of issue of sanction letter."

All other conditions w= ill remain unchanged.
